His ability to bring innovative ideas to his clients has led to the creation of award-winning buildings and elevated ikon.5 to among the top architectural design firms in the United States. Joe believes that every project is an opportunity to explore the power and art of architecture and he seeks to create an architecture that inspires and endures. Joe works tirelessly with clients to develop the best solution for their needs that are at once inspiring and functional. He believes that every project, no matter how grand or utilitarian, is an opportunity for rigorous design exploration, inventiveness, creativity, and enjoyment. Joe has designed a wide range of projects, including libraries, museums, visitor centers, buildings for schools and universities, houses of worship, performing arts centers, and athletic and recreational facilities. Through his efforts, ikon.5 has received over 100 international and national architectural design awards, as well as multiple nominations for Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Museum National Design Awards. Joe is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
