300-seat lecture hall | lobby and pre-function | audio visual systems
The renovation for the Ingersoll Lecture Hall modernizes a 300-seat auditorium for contemporary teaching modalities. A new and expanded audiovisual system is capable of recording classes for both live broadcast and viewing on demand. In addition to new heating and cooling systems and a lighting package, the renovation brings the building up to date with increased handicap accessibility per ADA guidelines. The use of acoustic plaster with integrated LED lighting creates a strong identity for the lecture halls while remaining consistent with the City University of New York’s design guidelines and delivering a practical and affordable solution to the client.
